            W ubiegłym tygodniu samorząd Kańczugi poinformował że ruszyły prace przy długo wyczekiwanej inwestycji dotyczącej przebudowy budynku przedszkola wraz z rozbudową żłobka w Kańczudze.

             

            Zadanie obejmować będzie przebudowę istniejącego budynku przedszkola z rozbudową żłobka w Kańczudze wraz z potrzebnym wyposażeniem, co będzie skutkowało powstaniem dodatkowych 30 miejsc dla dzieci. Kwota pozyskana przez Gminę na utworzenie miejsc w żłobku to ponad 830 tys. zł, przy całkowitym koszcie 1,8 mln zł. W ramach przedmiotowej inwestycji powstanie powiększenie istniejącego żłobka i przedszkola o cztery sale z zapleczem towarzyszącym oraz tarasami wyposażonymi w akcesoria zabawowo-wypoczynkowe dla dzieci.

            Zakończenie robót budowlanych planowane jest na koniec listopada br. Oficjalne otwarcie przewidywane jest na przełom grudnia i stycznia 2022 roku.

            Znowu dwukierunkowa

            KAŃCZUGA: Na początku września ubiegłego roku na terenie miasta została wprowadzona nowa organizacja ruchu, na podstawie której m.in. ul. Witosa stała się jednokierunkowa. Spowodowało to zdecydowany sprzeciw części mieszkańców.

             

            Decyzję poprzedziły obserwacje pracowników Urzędu Miasta i Gminy w Kańczudze, została też ona zatwierdzona przez Starostę Przeworskiego. Władze Kańczugi argumentowały wtedy, że wprowadzone zmiany poprawią bezpieczeństwo oraz usprawnią ruch pieszy i kołowy. Ze zmianami nie zgadzali się jednak mieszkańcy domagając się powrotu poprzedniego oznakowania drogowego na ul. Witosa. Z petycją do Zarządcy Dróg Gminnych, czyli Burmistrza, wystąpił przewodniczący Zarządu Osiedla Parkowe, Mirosław Hajnosz. Sprawę poparła również Spółdzielnia Mieszkaniowa w Przeworsku, będąca zarządcą zasobów mieszkaniowych na osiedlu. Wśród głównych argumentów wymieniano przede wszystkim tworzenie się w godzinach szczytu zatorów drogowych na ul. Słowackiego, która stała się głównym dojazdem do osiedla oraz do wielkopowierzchniowego sklepu, z którego korzystają nie tylko mieszkańcy okolicy. Pod petycją w sprawie przywrócenia ruchu dwukierunkowego na ul. Witosa podpisało się 242 osoby.

             

            Wizja lokalna

            Nasze działania doprowadziły do przeprowadzenia 22 października wizji lokalnej przez Powiatową Komisję ds. Bezpieczeństwa Ruchu Drogowego. Wzięli też w niej udział przedstawiciele Komendy Powiatowej Policji, władz miasta oraz zainteresowani mieszkańcy. Komisja po przyjrzeniu się sprawie na miejscu, przychyliła się do naszego wniosku – opowiada M. Hajnosz.

            Koniec końców udało się więc doprowadzić do decyzji o powrocie do poprzedniej organizacji ruchu na tej ulicy. Jak informuje Przewodniczący Zarządu Osiedla, dokumentacja była zatwierdzona ok. połowy stycznia. Na fizyczne zmiany przyszło jednak mieszkańcom poczekać nieco dłużej. Podczas sesji pod koniec lutego zapowiedziano, że oznakowanie zostanie wymienione przy bardziej sprzyjających warunkach atmosferycznych, najprawdopodobniej w czasie około dwóch tygodni. Tak też się stało. Od piątku, 12 marca, ul. Witosa znów jest dwukierunkowa. Warto w tym miejscu wspomnieć, że również mieszkańcy os. Armii Krajowej nie zgadzali się z nową organizacją ruchu wprowadzoną na ich osiedlu. Tam również zbierano podpisy w tej sprawie i wszystko wskazuje na to, że i tutaj zapadnie podobna decyzja skutkująca powrotem do dawnego oznakowania.

            Upowszechnią przeworskie wzory

            Muzeum w Przeworsku otrzymało dofinansowanie z programu Narodowego Centrum Kultury EtnoPolska 2021 na realizację zadania pn. „Wzornik Przeworski”.

             

            Celem zadania „Wzornik przeworski” ma być identyfikacja i popularyzacja regionalnego zdobnictwa ludowego z regionu przeworskiego, które zachowane jest na eksponatach (strojach, meblach, makatkach, itp.) ze zbiorów Muzeum w Przeworsku. By ukazać bogactwo i różnorodność form zdobniczych w ramach zadania odbędzie się wystawa, wydany zostanie jej katalog oraz kolorowanka adresowana do dzieci, odbędą się też zajęcia edukacyjno-animacyjne i studyjne. Wzory w plikach graficznych dostępne będą do pobrania ze strony internetowej. W ramach zadania zostaną też wyprodukowane pamiątki regionalne z wykorzystaniem pięciu wzorów przeworskich.

            Kolejna tragedia na autostradzie

            Powiat jarosławski: Jedna osoba zginęła, a pięć zostało rannych w wyniku wypadku autobusu, do którego doszło w niedzielę późnym wieczorem na autostradzie A4. Przypomnijmy, że w tym samym miejscu dwa tygodnie wcześniej doszło do podobnego zdarzenia. Wówczas śmierć poniosło pięć osób.

             

            W niedzielę, 21 marca przed godz. 23, policjanci zostali powiadomieni o wypadku autokaru na autostradzie A4, przy zjeździe na MOP Kaszyce, w powiecie jarosławskim.

            Autokarem podróżowało 10 osób, w tym dwóch kierowców. Jedna osoba zginęła. Był to kierowca zmiennik. Pięcioro rannych przewieziono do szpitali w Przemyślu, Przeworsku i Lubaczowie. Pozostałe osoby, które nie odniosły obrażeń, zostały przewiezione do bursy szkolnej na terenie Jarosławia.

            Policjanci ustalili, że kierujący autobusem, 23-letni obywatel Ukrainy, był trzeźwy. Okoliczności tego zdarzenia są wyjaśniane.

            Odkryto piwnice wykorzystywane podczas jarmarków

            W trakcie prowadzonych badań archeologicznych związanych z rewitalizacją płyty rynku dokonano kolejnych ciekawych odkryć. Przy kamienicach Rynek 5, 6, 7 odnaleziono szereg murów, które tworzyły pierwotną zabudowę tej części rynku.

             

            Odsłonięte na głębokości pięciu metrów mury świadczą o zabudowie podcieniowej tego miejsca. Swoim wyglądem przypominają podcienia kamienicy nr 4. Podczas prac ujawniono także stropy piwnic znajdujących się na tym odcinku.

            Prace prowadzone są przy kamienicach Rynek 5,6,7.

            – Można wstępnie powiedzieć, że przypory zbudowane na całej długości równolegle do kamienic pełniły zadanie wzmocnienia fundamentów kamienic i podcieni oraz zabezpieczały znajdujące się w tym miejscu piwnice przed obciążeniem brył budynków. Świadczy to o przemyślanej konstrukcji pierwotnej zabudowy tej części rynku, prowadzonej z dbałością o estetykę, równe ustawienie podcieni, bezpieczeństwo i utrzymanie charakteru kupieckiego miasta – informuje Wojewódzki Urząd Ochrony Zabytków w Przemyślu.

            W trakcie prac odsłonięto także niewielkie sklepienie ceglane oraz małe pomieszczenie ze schodami ceglanymi i zawiasami żelaznymi, które zapewne stanowiły niegdyś wejście do piwnic od strony rynku. Pomieszczenia te najprawdopodobniej były wykorzystywane przez kupców do przechowywania towarów w czasie jarmarków. W innych częściach rynku nie natrafiono na takie wejścia.

            Odsłonięte mury zostały zeskanowane. Teraz poddane zostaną analizie, a następnie sporządzona zostanie odpowiednia dokumentacja. Mury ze względów bezpieczeństwa są odsłaniane i zabezpieczane stopniowo.

            – Spodziewamy się, że dalsze prace wniosą wiele ciekawych nowinek na temat miasta i jego charakteru. Dodatkowo wykonywane są prace związane z odsłonięciem fundamentów dawnego kościoła w celu zabezpieczenia go przed ewentualnymi uszkodzeniami w trakcie stabilizacji gruntów – informuje WUOZ w Przemyślu.
